	A Bespoke Environmentally Friendly Family Home, in Timperley, Altrincham Cheshire. Located in Timperley village, the site nestles behind a number of traditional semi-detached properties. The brief called for a fun, bright, contemporary family home, with good day-lighting, links to the garden, reduced bills and substantial storage. The result is a building of its time, designed by Hunter Architects & Planners to respond to the site simply and elegantly, whilst minimising the potential overlooking from neighbouring dwellings. The house, constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, incorporates Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes accreditation, solar hot water and rainwater harvesting systems and a bespoke kitchen and staircase.
	Conversion of Rural Building, Flintshire, North Wales The project involves the conversion of an existing rural stone building into a modern family home. 	Contemporary Family Home in Denbighshire, North Wales. Sitting on an prominent site on a main road into Llangollen, the site forms part of a large mill redevelopment has a number of challenges. The tight site has a storey difference in levels and fronts directly onto the River Dee which is designated as an SAC and SSSI site. The brief called for a contemporary but responsive design reflecting the industrial and residential nature of the surrounding buildings.
	CSH Level 3 New Build Home, Manchester. The site fronts onto a main road and is an infill plot between traditional two storey dwellings. The client was very keen to construct a sustainable home and the house has been developed to achieve at least level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes as well as Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design. A contemporary approach was taken in designing the house, maximising the potential of the site whilst creating a sympathetic dwelling that opens to the substantial garden to the rear. 	Environmentally Friendly, whole house remodelling, rationalising and extension, Mold, Flintshire The existing dwelling house has had a number of unsympathetic amendments and now requires some major renovation and is quite tired in appearance. The proposals seek to remodel both internally and externally, rationalising the existing accommodation as well as improving the environmental performance of the house
	Bespoke Holiday Home in France. Set on the top of a hill on the borders of the Charente and Dordogne. The plot is south facing and benefits from a 360 degree panorama view. With a 100m2 restriction on floor area, the proposals were developed to include a two storey master bedroom suite to make the most of the views. Working internationally creates a new set of problems to overcome. Language barriers, different ways of working along with different planning and building regulations all contribute to these problems. Hunter Architects is currently working on a couple of International projects and brings their experience, collaborative working skills and creative problem solving ability to add significant value to the international scene
	Forming part of a larger Hall complex, the brief was set to refurbish and renovate the existing Chauffeurs Cottage and garaging into a contemporary high quality residence comprising uniquely accessed dressing room and office areas with high ceilinged family living spaces
	Eco Home, St. Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales. Sitting on a hillside location with panoramic views over the North Wales Coast and Snowdon, the existing building provides an interesting opportunity to create a contemporary family home. The brief called for an Eco-home harnessing the unique location and natural resources. The dwelling aims to achieve a high level in relation to the Code for Sustainable Homes
	A Bespoke Live/ Work Unit - Architects covering Flintshire, North Wales
	Development of derelict dwelling within high landscape quality area. Denbighshire, North Wales South facing and located on the top of a hill with breathtaking views across the valley, this property has been unused for a number of years. The brief called for a refurbishment of the existing property along with a contemporary extension to the rear to create a modern family home.
	Conversion of vacant retail unit into 4 bed family home. Sitting on the main road between Altrincham & Manchester, the existing vacant retail unit was in a poor state of repair and formed part of a terrace of residential properties. Planning permission was achieved to convert the property into a contemporary 4 bedroom family dwelling. Contemporary extension to the rear; conversion of the basement with extended lightwell and separate access for potential future flat conversion. COMPLETED
	Development of a 4 bed family dwelling.Sitting on a main road into the town, the derelict garage on the site had been unused for a number of years. Our proposal sought to develop a quality 4 bed family home on the site. Large 4 bed dwelling with conservatory on tight urban site. Roofspace accommodation in 2 storey area. COMPLETED
	Contemporary large family Dwelling, Bretton, Flintshire Located on an infill plot in the village of Bretton, the brief called for a sympathetic but contemporary dwelling which provided high quality accommodation for a large family, whilst making the most of the open aspect to the rear.
