We have a wide range of experience in the bespoke one off house sector including self build, conversion and renovation.
This sector is a particular specialism of ours as we have recently constructed our own self build home to level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and as such can relate to and advise of the particular issues associated with bespoke homes.
Our company has experience in a wide range of planning projects and in the current planning context, our dual architectural and planning expertise provides a unique service to our clients. We are able to tackle projects in a different way to other architect practices or planning consultants with the benefits of both disciplines, but without the dual fee!
