Project Summary: |
The site off Bloomsbury Lane originally formed part of the curtilage of a large Victorian house but was sectioned off for potential development. Several applications and appeals were unsuccessful for residential development due to insensitive designs and planning policies. The brief required a live/ work unit comprising living accommodation on the ground floor and working accommodation on the lower ground floor. |
