Conversion and Change of Use of existing historic building into Day Care Nursery, Flintshire.
A new business wished to lease a vacant existing office building set within open countryside. Planning Permission achieved following negotiation with the Planning Department and Highways Department, including issues on road/ highways safety, parking, vehicular movement and the integration of the external play space within the character of the building and countryside

Conversion and Change of Use to Residential Home for Adults with Autism.
Designed for young adults with autism, the building is situated within A Conservation Area in Stockport, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined Victorian avenue. Over three floors this property provides spacious, attractive accomodation for up to six people. There are a range of accomodation options, which include bedrooms with en-suite facilities, studio style rooms and sensory bedrooms as well as a range of communal and personal living rooms.

Substantial Extension to Elderly Persons Care Home, Connah's Quay, Flintshire, North Wales
The site had been extended piecemeal several times over its history. We were appointed to take an holistic view on the site as a whole to rationalise and remodel the existing care home whilst investigating the possibility of adding additional bedroom accommodation. Ultimately a 40% increase in the bedroom numbers was achieved, by working closely with the planning and highways departments and developing creative and robust proposals. |

Development of a 500m2 Agricultural facility providing educational benefits to primary, secondary and higher education pupils. Using traditional materials, including an oak frame, the development is to be run as a commercial agricultural facility with range of animals and crops. Classroom and associated facilities accommodation is provided on site to address the Government policies of creating better links with schools and the rural economy.

Proposed Primary School for 180 pupils to replace existing inadequate facilities.
Proposals for the school developed based on the jointly prepared brief to include approximately 180 pupils. Natural daylighting, good links to the outside, including covered areas for each classroom were incorporated into the proposals. Externally the scheme included hard and soft play areas, a nature area, a drop off area and staff parking on a 3.5 acres site.

Our client has a history of running education centres for disadvantaged youth combined with corporate entertainment options and community facilities. This proposal is for a wind sports centre catering for a range of wind sports such as power kiting and sand yachting. Located on the beach front, these proposals will provide fantastic accommodation on one of the best wind sports beaches in the UK.

Children's Day Nursery
Our clients had a requirement for a covered play area and replacement ramp for their external play area. We developed proposals with a local craftsman to create an interesting and exciting structures. We proposed that the infill panels to the ramp could be removable and customisable by the children.
