The historic built environment is a vital part of our heritage and our future. Buildings are listed due to their architectural character and historic importance.
New sustainable uses for historic buildings need to be found if the existing use is no longer suitable or commercially viable. Modern interactions and additions if sensitivity designed can play a major part in redeveloping historic buildings.
Hunter Architects & Planners use their Architectural and Planning expertise to liaise with the relevant bodies to maximise the potential of these historic buildings whilst sensitively restoring or converting them.
