76 bed contemporary modular extension to existing hotel
The brief called for the replacement of the existing conference facilities with additional bedrooms for the hotel. The client wished to utilise modular construction to speed up the construction phase, although the planning department were adamant that they didn't want a repetitive dull facade. Utilising a standard module comprising two solid panels and a glazed panel, an elevation was developed to randomly position the glazing, whilst not increasing the cost of construction. |

A Sand Yacht centre on the beach in Lytham
Our client has a history of running centres for disadvantaged youth. The existing building was comprehensively remodelled and extended to provide modern facilities including a cafe, shower facilities and training space as part of an overall phased redevelopment of the site. The club provides for a range of wind sports such as power kiting and sand yachting. Located on the beach front, these proposals will provide fantastic accommodation on one of the best wind sports beaches in the UK. |

The vacant former Church Institute is Grade II Listed in the Town Centre of Denbigh required a new and sustainable use. A conversion to a high quality food and wine bar of approximately 300m2 was proposed. Sensitive modern additions and retaining existing features are key to the projects success |

Our client is looking to develop a Club House for a range of external activities as part of their wider commercial operation. The Club House is sensitively located within an area of high landscape value as well as within a clearing of trees. The design is contemporary whilst being sensitive to its context. Timber paneling and a grass roof are proposed as materials reflecting both the use and unique setting. |
