We take a creative approach to fee proposals and can offer very competitive including performance related fees (if appropriate). We are also happy to assist with the feasibility or initial brief development of projects, utilising the Town Planning capabilities of the practice. Our Architectural Photography services can also provide assistance with the marketing or advertising of projects. We also work with a number of consultants including Property Surveyors and Estate Agents to provide a full package and can assist with any business case planning, development appraisals and strategic decisions.
