Whole house remodelling including single storey side and rear extensions
 

Project Summary:        

The owners of the property looked to remodel the 1930's family home to create a contemporary, open plan family home. Several options were considered with a side extension chosen to provide a garage and utility room. A single storey contemporary rear extension created a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space linking the garden to living space.
Project Achievements: 
Larger extension approved than planning policy (SPG) dictated.
