Project Summary:

The vacant former Church Institute is Grade II Listed in the Town Centre of Denbigh required a new and sustainable use. A conversion to a high quality food and wine bar of approximately 300m2 was proposed. Sensitive modern addtions and retaining existing features are key to the projects success.
