Project Summary:        

Innovative small side/ rear extension of a typical Victorian terraced house, filling in the underused yard section with an fantastic open plan kitchen dining room.

A fully glazed roof was used to maximise the light into the kitchen and dining area whilst preserving privacy.

Planning approval achieved even though the Planning Department initially recommended refusal as the house extension did not comply with the Supplementary Planning Guidance Documentation.
