A significant remodel and extension of a traditional family home to create contemporary, open plan living and additional bedrooms. Several options were considered with a two storey side extension chosen to provide a garage, utility room and WC at ground level. At first floor level, two extra bedrooms and reconfigured space to create an en-suite created a fantastic four bedroomed family home. A single storey contemporary rear extension created a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space linking the garden to living space and improving the existing kitchen relationship and layout. |
