Project Summary: |
The project aimed to reinvent the speculative developer house from first principles, creating higher density but family friendly housing with an individual private garden and a comparable cost to traditional speculative houses. The project would utilise modern methods of construction, sustainability & energy efficient issues to produce a zero carbon house with minimal utility bills. The standards modules are customisable to create terraced, semi-detached & detached dwellings, depending upon the site constraints and context and extendable from 2 bedrooms to 4+. The external facades & internal layouts would be customisable at the marketing stage (and beyond) to create individual, bespoke life-time homes. |
