Project Summary:

The existing Greenfield site was used for the grazing of ponies with the Site owners having a requirement for a bespoke bungalow to cater for their individual and specific accessibility issues. A design was created utilising modern technologies including whole house automation to provide a higher quality of life. |

Developing a bespoke Bungalow for two disabled occupants; adjacent to SAC area where Great Crested Newts prevalent; Council stated backland development, over developed.& density too high. |
