The existing Greenfield site was used for the grazing of ponies with the Site owners having a requirement for a bespoke bungalow to cater for their individual and specific accessibility issues. A design was created utilising modern technologies including whole house automation to provide a higher quality of life.

Project Challenges:    Developing a bespoke Bungalow for two disabled occupants; adjacent to SAC area where Great Crested Newts prevalent; Council stated backland development, over developed.& density too high.

Project Achievements:  Development on Greenfield Site; Appeal confirmed design acceptable, not backland development and density acceptable.
