Sitting on a hillside location with panoramic views over the North Wales Coast and Snowdon, the existing building provides an interesting opportunity to create a contemporary family home. The brief called for an Eco-home harnessing the unique location and natural resources. The dwelling aims to achieve a high level in relation to the Code for Sustainable Homes
