We have a wide range of experience in the residential sector on a variety of scales from a small 30m2 Garden room to a multi-phased development of approximately 130 dwellings. In previous employments our employees have constructed numerous residential properties, including apartments and small and large family homes.

Our company has experience in a wide range of planning projects and in the current planning context, our dual architectural and planning expertise provides a unique service to our clients. We are able to tackle projects in a different way to other architect practices or planning consultants with the benefits of both disciplines, but without the dual fee!

In previous employments, Ian Hunter has worked directly for a medium scale house-builder & developer which helps us to fully understand the requirements and aspirations of our clients and better equips us to maximise the development potential of the sites.
