Project Summary:

Sitting on an prominent site on the main road, the site has a number of challenges. The site is steeply sloped and sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Due ot the unique location a sustainable development of Eco homes was proposed harnessing the natural resources. A large amout of work including viability, alternative uses and affordable housing reports were undertaken to prove a residential development was a suitable redevelopment for the site. |
