EXTENDING AND ENHANCING IN HALE BARNS
Major reworking and home remodelling of a typical brick family detached house in Hale Barns, to substantially increase and remodel the existing accommodation.
New double height entrance, 5 double bedrooms including Master Bedroom suite as well as a new family room and garden room to the ground floor.
Complete reworking of front and elevations to create imposing and modern family home.
The existing home had been unsympathetically extended in the past and whilst it was already 5 bedrooms the rooms were all very small and the proportion of rooms and the link to the garden was poor.
The proposals sought a complete re-imagining and home remodelling of the property with extensions to all sides of the house, resulting in a house that is balanced, with good room proportions, good daylighting and better flow.
